An all too rare example of a sensitively placed sign. Cheaper and faster to install. Easier to maintain. It removes the danger of pedestrians walking into the pole. And visually far less intrusive.

The first in a series of redundant bollards on this street. It has been agreed they should be removed.

A view looking east on the northern pavement with redundant bollards marked.

At corner with Southgate Rd. This sign and pole should have been removed as a result of the pairs of yellow stripes on kerbs which accompany double yellow lines. Agreed that this and any other such signs will be removed.
